An interesting book that I bought on the 25 April 2010 with the title “Turning Crisis into Profit – How to Make Money in Asian Property” by Tim Murphy. He is a full time property investor based in Hong Kong.

Sometimes I will write down the date of my book purchase with a signature, so that I can recall when I bought it and for future references. See! Now I can tell you when I bought this book!

It’s not cheap huh? It cost me RM71.00 to purchase this book at MPH! But it’s worth to read the content!

This week I told myself, I really need to kick start a new section in my website called – “Video Blog”! Yes, you didn’t hear me wrong! I’m going to do video blogging on the subject – Real Estate, from the point of view as a Real Estate Agent. Few days ago, I have just uploaded a video clip on how to fix my faulty iPhone 3G home button, but that’s not the relevant one, nothing to do with real estate, but that is a kick-start video and push me to move forward!!

So far, I have not done anything yet, still in the brainstorming and planning stage. So, let’s see some interesting real estate video I found on YouTube.

I was doing some research online, google-ing and youtube-ing, a bit over bombarded with tons of information and video clips. And, I found this interesting video called “Buying Asia”. That’s actually a series of video on introducing some properties in different asian countries that host by Tim Murphy. Oh, that’s actually been produced one year back, and I just got to know about it! Never mind, some of you might not know about these video as well. So, let’s check it out at the below clips.
