I am passing by this Point 92 site everyday, because it’s just located along the main entrance road of Damansara Perdana.
So I decided to take some photos of the construction progress and share with you all.

I just heard from my friend that this is actually a JV project with Empire group, which they are now constructing a new mixed development project right in front of Point 92 called Empire Perdana.

point92 has been designed by zlg design, a company located at sentul d7 and will complete in three months, its the first building with raw untreated marine ply ceilingf and walls and the only one with insitu concrete wall in the world with clear polyurethane sealant.
the project has been sold to OBYU oil company.
