As we are getting closer to the end of the year of 2009, I’m here to wish you and your family have a wonderful year end holiday seasons.
Year 2009 has been a challenging year for all of us especially with the economic downturn. I’m asking myself what I have done and achieved during this whole year. Please give me a while to recall my memories…
It has been a wonderful and productive year for myself. I’ve done a lots of things and achieved some of my dreams, where I’m going to summarize and share some of them as below:-
My Life
1. First time playing Paintball @ Subang with my colleagues
2. Company trip to Pulau Redang for the first time. Get to experience the snorkeling fun
3. Bought my first car in life – Honda City; and first time tender for a car plate number
4. Getting married on the Mooncake Festival Day – 3rd Oct 2009
5. Bought the latest iMac
6. This year I’m celebrating my birthday at hometown with my family and mother in law
7. Watch a nice movie – Avatar
Career
1. Growing sales 🙂
2. Trying to create my property website but got problem with the programmer
3. Facebook revolution – became an active user and created this
Fan Pages – MetroWorld Agent : Jeffery Lam
4. Feng Shui learning – Joey Yap series (Mian Xiang, Ba Zi, Feng Shui Interior & Exterior)
5. Going into commercial property (Neo Damansara shop office, Ritze Perdana office, Sunwaymas office)
6. Success renting out Sri Tiara serviced apartment at Seputeh
7. Adding additional phone line – 0122937077 with new Blackberry BOLD phone
8. MetroWorld as an Ad-Hoc Agent to sell Sunrise Bhd’s project for example “28 Mont Kiara”
9. Close my first rental deal at Mont Kiara – Laman Suria
10. Attended PJ Trade Centre opening ceremony – saw Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal and Tun Dr. Mahathir
11. Started Online Marketing by listing my properties at various real estate web portal eg. Iproperty, Thinkproperty, Mudah, StarProperty; Social Media like Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn and also Google AdWords for keywords targeting campaigns
I still have plenty of ideas in my mind that I have not done in this year.
I’ll bring them out one by one by next year. And I’m confident that next year will be a great year for myself as there are many projects awaiting for me 🙂
